In Canada, real estate agents are known as cooperating agents—we can access and sell all the current listings on the market including listings marketed by other realtors and companies. This makes it quite simple and straightforward for buyers as they only have to work with one agent, who can keep them updated on new listings that meet their criteria or set up showings for the various properties on the market.
