The Whistler real estate market remained stable throughout November. Sales were consistent with the previous month, and while we are slightly trailing behind last year’s transaction numbers, recent momentum over the past three months has helped us recover from the slower spring and summer periods. Prices are generally stable across all segments. As we head into winter, Whistler continues to present a balanced market. Buyers now have more options than earlier this year, and well-priced listings are attracting strong interest.
