Marika has guided and helped me with 3, extremely successful Whistler real estate purchases and sales since 2009. Two of those happened in 2023 (purchase) and 2024 ( sale of the property purchased in 2009).The last 2 were more complex, with the exceptionally successful sale being in a very challenging market! Marika helped create big success for all involved. Thanks to Marika’s vast experience, methodical and measured process, and her patience and perseverance and wonderful way of being, both personally and professionally, we’ve moved on from one amazing property and investment to the next in Whistler. And, I will pick her again for the next time too! I highly recommend Marika and her fabulous team!
