The Whistler 50 Realy & Ultra is on this weekend. New for 2019, the course is changing up to welcome in the natural setting of Whistler’s incredible Lost Lake trails, and all the excitement of transitions will take place behind the Olympic Rings at Whistler Olympic Plaza. The Whistler Writers Festival is also in full swing this weekend, a great chance to meet the very best Canadian and international authors, attend workshops, readings, and speaker panels, before gathering for evenings of music and great conversation with other readers and writers.
If you are in town on Friday, enjoy the Whistler Wine Walk. It happens every Friday in October and is a great opportunity to Explore Whistler’s Gallery scene while sampling hors d’oeuvres and wine samples from various BC wineries.
